For years, I was on and off with exercise. I never enjoyed it, and every excuse kept me from showing up. Then, five months ago, something changed. I heard Tony Robbins talk about exercise, and something clicked. I stopped seeing it as something I had to do to stay healthy and started seeing it as part of how I live. Just like eating, sleeping, and breathing—it’s simply part of my routine. Now, I go to the gym three times a week, no matter how I feel. That mindset shift made all the difference. đŸ’ª
